SERVICES

Assurance Health Services, Inc. has available staff to provide services such as:

Personal Hygiene   In-Home Aides are available to provide assistance with bathing, skin care, dressing, hair care and toileting needs.

Meal Preparation   Meals maybe prepared and served by the In-Home Aide. Assistance with eating is provided as needed. Client preferences and dietary restrictions are followed.

Light Housekeeping   Daily maintenance housekeeping chores such as making bed and changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes after preparing a meal, cleaning the bathroom and tidying living and bedroom areas are part of our services.

Laundry   Client’s laundry services are provided based upon need and family/caregiver preference. 

Errands   As a convenience, essential shopping services for groceries, medication pick-up and household items needed to provide care are available.

Other Services   The In-Home Aide will remind the Client to take medication in a timely manner and provide assistance with telephone communication as needed. Assessment by the Registered Nurse may indicate additional services are needed.

All services provided will be coordinated with the Client’s Physician and Family/Caregivers.
