Patti Williams, RN ADN BS

Ms. Williams, a native of Alabama, relocated to North Carolina in 1985 from Atlanta. Her professional background has taken her through Retail Management, IBM Management/Systems Engineer and Manicurist. She attributes her current success as Registered Nurse/Business Owner to her diverse background and her ability to remain focused on her goals.

Prior to starting Assurance Health Services, Inc. in 1999, Ms. Williams earned an Associate Degree in Nursing and gained Nursing experience while operating her first business venture--The Nail Gallery (1992-1997). 

Assurance Health Services, Inc. currently employs 48 Nurse Aides who provide Personal Care Services to Elderly and Disabled Adults in the private home setting on a daily basis. In a recent interview, Ms. Williams stated “I’ve always desired an occupation that would be of service to others. Being able to perform Nursing services as an entrepreneur has been the ultimate occupation for me.” 

In May 2003, Ms. Williams started “Blessed to Give Foundation” a non-profit organization to assist persons with unforeseen financial difficulties. The budget for this organization is donated entirely by Ms. Williams. Volunteers administer the organization’s funds.

Ms. Williams is married to David M. Thompson. She enjoys traveling and reading. Ms. Williams also holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Montevallo in Alabama .
