Assurance Health Services, Inc. was established in 1999 by a North Carolina Registered Nurse.

Assurance Health Services, Inc. is licensed by North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Services Regulation to provide Personal Care Services to elderly and disabled Citizens. The company is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Service coverage areas include Wake, Franklin, Granville, Johnston, Vance and Durham counties. Since the company’s inception, hundreds of satisfied clients have received services.

In-Home Aides are provided to assist Clients with personal hygiene, medication reminders, light housekeeping and essential errands. Other services may be necessary based upon RN assessment of each Client. Registered Nurse Supervisors are on-call for advice and counsel while services are provided.

All staff members are screened by Law Enforcement to ensure the safety and security of Clients.

North Carolina Medicaid recipients are accepted for services under specific Personal Care Services guidelines. Private clients may also contract for individualized fee Services.

Long Term Care Insurance is accepted.
